Dark Matter is an intensely deep carbon-black cream eyeshadow that can be used alone, or layered with a cascade of our Halogram pressed pigments or any of our shimmery powder shadows.
Crease-free, matte formula. Sweep shimmery, duochrome, metallic, or glittery powder shadows on top with no fallout or flaking.
Tips
Apply Dark Matter to your eyelids using your fingers or a brush. Then sweep your shimmer, duochrome, metallic, or pressed-pigment shadow on top. Dark Matter's unique formula heightens the vibrancy of those shadows, making any eye look extra vivid.

Excellent base for multichrome pigment
Buildable with smooth texture, Dark Matter works well as a base for both full lid coverage and for fine details.

Pleasantly surprised
I was looking a dark base to use as an all over lid color to lay color over and/or for the start of eyeliner. This shadow fits the bill. Easy to apply and build up. I add a powder shadow over top and the longevity is excellent. I recommend.
p.s. I only recently discovered this brand and now I almost exclusively use Surratt shadows and blush.
