While I love that this does exactly what I wanted and added light to my eyes, it dries too fast making it very difficult to smear. It is foe that reason I am not happy.

Clever product design. It does what it promises.
I tried Effervesce and light the waterline highlighter pencil, not the powder swab. The pencil end highlighted my waterline instantly without making it too dramatic, and it's very comfortable. Usually I can't use eyeliner due to sensitivity issue, but I have no problem using this baton. However, the powder swab is way too glittery than I want it to be, once put on, never came off until I used cleansing oil to take it off. It last long, a bit goes a long way.
