Insert a refill into your Expressioniste Brow Pencil and refine arches with hair-by-hair precision. Uncap the opposite end to use the attached spoolie brush to further shape brows.
To refill: Remove the used pencil cartridge. Insert the replacement pencil cartridge into the holder, and twist up to extend the pencil slightly—just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.

I have dark strawberry blonde hair and this is the only brow pencil in Rousse that I will use. My brows are somewhat sparse and I can achieve a very natural looking brow with this pencil - and long lasting!

This is my favorite eyebrow pencil!!! So easy to use and I agree with others that the pen is weighty and makes application easier. The refills are great but I have been waiting for the brunette color forever! Is there a problem with the manufacturing of that color? Please tell me it will be restocked soon?!
