Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 50 United States, Australia, Canada, European Union, and United Kingdom. We are unable to ship to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, hotel addresses, and P.O. Box addresses.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US-based APO/FPO locations will be shipped via USPS Priority. USPS Priority shipping rates will apply. 

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Your shipping fee, inclusive of duties and taxes, will be calculated and charged at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or additional duties and fees mandated by customs.

How does free shipping work?

Product orders over $50, before taxes, will receive free shipping on ground transportation on United States orders only. Expedited shipping options are available for additional costs. 

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US-based APO/FPO locations will be shipped via USPS Priority. USPS Priority shipping rates will apply on all orders. 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) for our warehouse to process your order for shipping. 

When will my order be delivered?

After an order has been processed shipping times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination at checkout. Most orders for delivery within the United States are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

  • Fedex SmartPost: Delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the distance to the destination. Longer transit time is reported for deliveries outside the 48 states.
  • Fedex 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days throughout the United States.
  • Fedex Standard Overnight: Delivery within the next business day by 4:30 PM to U.S. businesses and by 8 PM to residences.
How can I return or exchange a SURRATT product?

We will accepts returns on items that are purchased via www.surrattbeauty.com that are unused or gently used within 14 days of delivery for a refund for orders delivered within the United States. Please send Surratt Beauty photo(s) of the product(s) you wish to return. We do not accept returns and exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada.

Please contact info@surrattbeauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and return tracking number listed on the return label enclosed in your package. 

SURRATT includes a prepaid mailing label in your package that is to be attached to the outside of your return package with the unused products inside before depositing it at the designated carrier.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products. If your order was below $50 and did not qualify for free shipping on ground transportation, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fee.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email and a refund to your original payment method.
