To refill/replace your eyeshadow: Pop out an empty pan by inserting a paperclip or safety pin into the holes underneath the compact. Remove the sticker at the base of the new pan, and press it securely into your customizable palette.

The color story is cooler toned than it seems to be in picture. It was not what I expected. If I could have bought this in a store I would not have purchased. I am just not the right person for this. I like palettes that lean warm. This does not compliment my eyes.

This quad in person is leaning more cool toned than it seems on the website. The formula was not what I expected since it was so hyped up online. It is really expensive for what it is. Points for Surrat for letting me return it.
