Will my package be delayed or take longer than usual to ship due to COVID-19?
We are doing our best to meet the delivery timelines outlined on site, but some shipments may be slightly delayed due to the ongoing and rapidly changing coronavirus situation. We greatly appreciate your patience at this time.
The shade or product I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock & available for purchase?
The majority of our products are manufactured in Japan, and we do not always have an estimate on the timing of restocks. However, we encourage you to visit our retail partners’ sites to see if they have the product or shade you are looking for.
Shade Matching Consultations
Our Surratt Artist Team is available to help you with shade matching and color consultations, free of charge. Please visit our Concierge Services page for more details and to schedule a virtual appointment.
Our Brushes
Surratt brushes are handmade in Japan and contain natural goat, Blue Squirrel, or sable hair. Please note that no animals are harmed in the process of making our brushes.
Animal Testing
Surratt does not, and will never, test on animals. We also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing.

Our Relevee Lash curler is made from 100% surgical-grade steel. Its refill pads are made of silicone.
