To fill: Remove the sticker at the base of the eyeshadow, and press it securely into your customizable palette.
To refill: Pop the empty pan out of the palette by using the end of a paperclip or similar object. Remove the sticker at the base of the new eyeshadow or blush, and press it securely into your customizable palette.

I really love the Surratt eyeshadow formula. This quad is almost perfect if that odd yellow in the upper left were a taupe or cream. The yellow on my olive-toned skin looks out of place but maybe it works better with someone else's skin tone. I know that olive can tend to make things look really different than it does on others.

This is a perfect everyday palette. The mattes are beautiful and pigmented, with smooth application with fingers or a brush, and the metallic color adds wonderful shine and dimension. I was surprised at how much I enjoy this palette. Every color is wearable and flattering.
The palette’s good, but I have other luxury palettes that can do the same. Maybe I expected the surratt formula to outperform my other palettes I own, but at the end I realized the formula is just different, not necessarily better or amazing. I was glad that I was able to try it on sale. It does have a unique waxy primer feeling formula on the eyes, I am open to trying the other infamous palette beyond beige palette if it ever goes on sale.
This is a lovely set and the formula is better than any dry shadow formula I have tried before. I am not a fan of the one high glitter color, but the rest are superb. I wish there were more sales, because I would try more products at a lower price point.
