About this product
Our liquid eyeliner has a Japanese calligraphy-inspired brush, perfect for creating super-precise, long-lasting cat eyes and other graphic looks. The smooth, opaque formula is buildable, ideal for drawing and filling in artful lines with no skipping or dragging. Like a calligraphy pen, our well-constructed brush is designed to outlast the ink cartridge inside.
Tips
To fill: Unscrew the barrel from the pen body. Push the silver ball-side of the refill cartridge firmly onto the pen body. Make sure the cartridge fits with no gaps. (You may have to use a little force).
Reconnect the pen body to the barrel. Hold the pen with the brush tip facing down until the brush is saturated with ink. Shake gently to resaturate the brush with ink before each use.

The best I have ever had!
I have tried many eyeliners. Maybe it’s my lack of a steady hand… maybe the older skin… I could not draw a straight line over my eyelids. And if the formula was very liquidie, it went all over. This is different: the brush, the viscosity, the feel of it. It all worked well. I am buying some more! Thanks!

Above average liquid liner
This liner draws a nice narrow line which is hard to do with many liquid liners. I’m fairly and black liner only works for me on special occasions, so am always searching for a softer look. Brown is too warm and can look orange on me. Navy/ grey is ideal. This liner is almost see through which makes it look a bit messy Probably not a problem with the black color

Best Eyeliner Ever!
I am a makeup lover. I have hooded eyes and always struggle finding a liquid eyeliner that does not smear all over my eyes especially when I sweat in AZ hot weather. I originally tried this eyeliner when Costco had it many years ago. It was sold in a pack that came with an extra cartridge. I have an extensive collection of makeup and this is the best liquid eyeliner I have ever tried. I have had my original one for many many years. It has not dried out and works just as good as when I originally purchased it. It’s easy to control, has a nice dark line, doesn’t smear on my ones once dry & works over glitter. I just purchased 2 more directly from the Surratt website. One to keep in my travel bag and the other for a makeup artist friend of mine. It’s an expensive eyeliner but well worth it. I will continue to buy this as long as it’s available which it hope is forever. Please don’t change the formula and ruin it like so many companies do. You have a purchaser for life and I will continue to share this with everyone I know.
