This product has blown me away. I have never been happy with the way any liquid liner looks on me. The lines always seem too harsh for my fair coloring for everyday use and now that I'm older that problem is worse. Dragging pencils across my less than taut lids was an exercise in frustration. Stretching my lids worked, but resulted in lines with weird endings. I went back to liquid, but the pens and brushes never gave me the precision I wanted and I ended up with globs or sections of the line that were too thick. Also, it wasn't FUN to use them, but a bit of a chore. This liner in Brun Riche has changed everything for me. It goes on so smoothly and beautifully, and you can add a second coat if you want a more dramatic line. The shade of brown is perfect - not so dark it looks brown, but not too light. A Goldylocks shade! Once I figured out how hard I needed to press to install the refill, I was ready to go and haven't looked back. This product is a "ride or die" for me! Thank you, Troy Surratt!

I had no plans on buying a liner at this price point but I got sucked into it while a purchase. Ill say this. Its incredibly smooth gliding and doesn't skip. But I don't feel like its super black, not super pigmented. I know its not marketed as "waterproof" but I had smudges under my wing after just an hour. This is fine and dandy to wear around the house or out for a few errands but I wouldn't stand up to FULL day of wear. Another surratt fail for me, money down the drain unfortunately. I do wish they accepted returns on items that did not meet a customers satisfaction, these items cost too much to just eat the loss.

This is the best eyeliner that I have ever owned. The brush design makes it so simple and so precise. It does not smudge. Honestly, best ever.

I love this eyeliner. I think it’s very innovative that I can use the brush with additional cartridges like a fountain pen. I’m not very good at drawing a straight line, and this brush is very useful for that. Plus it stays put and doesn’t fade away over the day. But the main thing I want to say is that there was an issue with the website not giving me the 20% discount offered, I wrote to Surratt and within hours my refund was processed for the extra 20%. I appreciate it when a company honors their discount offers.

The best eyeliner! Very full of color, very precise, fine lined but can easily angle for a thicker line. Pen type applicator does not take as much skill as with a thin brush applicator. My go to liner for life now. I just bought the dark brown and it is as good as the black.
