Insert a refill into your Expressioniste Brow Pencil and refine arches with hair-by-hair precision. Uncap the opposite end to use the attached spoolie brush to further shape brows.
To refill: Remove the used pencil cartridge. Insert the replacement pencil cartridge into the holder, and twist up to extend the pencil slightly—just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.

I purchased this item not expecting to love it so much. I am now buying the refills and they last so long. I have purchased different brands and this one is my favorite.
