About this product
Insert a refill into your Expressioniste Brow Pencil and refine arches with hair-by-hair precision. Uncap the opposite end to use the attached spoolie brush to further shape brows.
Tips
To refill: Remove the used pencil cartridge. Insert the replacement pencil cartridge into the holder, and twist up to extend the pencil slightly—just past the tip of the cartridge. To prevent breakage, do not overextend.

Long lasting brow pencil
I purchased this item not expecting to love it so much. I am now buying the refills and they last so long. I have purchased different brands and this one is my favorite. You don’t need very much for it to get the job done and I like knowing that the entire pencil isn’t going to waste having the refill option.

I have dark strawberry blonde hair and this is the only brow pencil in Rousse that I will use. My brows are somewhat sparse and I can achieve a very natural looking brow with this pencil - and long lasting!
